A tent adventure for big kids! 

Students receive a character box with picture clues about a real life explorer. 

Then, they get an introduction paper, where they have to fill in their explorers name, pronoun and an adjective to describe them. 

Next, they go into the tent and write some observations with vocabulary growing on vines all around them to choose from, which they add to their story for the setting.

Watch out for quicksand! They must dig the correct story problem out for their character and add it on next.

Finally, it is time for a resolution. The graveyard hold those clues….who survived the jungle and who didn’t?
